Likes:
Freedom, a choice of software from competitors, a wide range of useable softwares to achieve any given task.
Don't likes:
Being in the same boat as everyone else with only one seat. Having to take \'ubuntu\' out of firefox to be able to reply to Hotmail emails - Microsoft\'s business strategy in general.
Interests:
Sex, food, my Kindergarten students (bilingual Thai students aged 5), more food, and finding ways to make things work on my rather weak internet connection.

I\'m still excited as I was as a child when I think about the future of computing.
Languages:
English and some Thai (mostly speaking and listening)
Programming languages:
I wrote a very basic text game on a Commodore Pet64 in 1981
Favourite quote:
Microsoft (after anti trust court case)
\"We won\'t be fighting this\"
(Followed up by more fighting and appealing with the European Courts)
Favourite music:
Right now I love Jazz
Favourite tv shows:
I don\'t watch much TV here.
Mash was great, but Fawlty Towers would rate as the all time favourite perhaps.
Favourite movies:
Too many to mention - The Godfather is kinda hard to forget, I read Lord of the Rings twice over a 2 year period in my early 20\'s, the movies were pretty much a dream come to life - amazing.
Favourite books:
Guess
Duncton Wood occupied me well for one Summer. I read it very very slowly and deliberately to savour the atmosphere, though I guess it isn\'t really a great book.
Favourite games:
Crysis was great, but I\'ll NEVER forget playing \'Frontier Elite\' on my Amiga 500.
About me:
Creamy plastic computer with 512k of RAM which could easily be desoldered and replaced.

Lack of internet meant that you had to order disks from magazines to get software/freeware/games - send the money and wait for them to arrive in the post.

It was sooo exciting.

Lower mid range for Thailand - means cheap.
