Description:

This is only a port from a cursorxp theme made by JJ. Ying. All credit goes to him.

Changelog:

--fixed the index.theme
--added the full size version

Sorry for the (rather long) wait on the full sized ones. They really are big and I didn't think many people liked that. Let me know how they work, I somewhat forgot exactly the changes I had to do for a perfect port.

I put the unzipped contents in the .icons folder, but they do not show up in the gnome theme manager.
Anyone else had this problem?

First, you didn't unzip them, you untared them. ;)

To install it is far easier to open gnome appearance preferences, going to the theme tab, clicking install, and browse to the cursor.

I don't want to sound mean, but it happens when it happens. I just got a new laptop ( :) ) which is quite a struggle as I use arch and it's resolution (1366x768) fights me. To be able to PORT the cursors as they are NOT mine, I need to install xcursorgen which takes out xorg-utils which breaks other things. To cap it off, the cursorxp doesn't port correctly with this cursor because of it's design for windows so I have to put/take out a few things in a few files. Then throw in that I'm wrapping up the final few things to get into college and this is on the bottom of my list.

Sorry if that sounds mean, but it gets done when it gets done.

I'm using the full-sized ones on my HTPC and they look great! It's hard to find good-looking large cursors, so I really appreciate these. Keep it up!

 theme overriding

Hi Ive installed your cursor theme in Hardy using gnome appearance configure install tab, but I'm having a problem with the theme that it overrides my desktop themes no matter which other ones i pick, that also applies to cursors, i cant disable ur cursor under the desktop no matter which cursor theme i change into, they are affective under firefox.
what bothers me the most is that it even overrides my double click setting on the window tip to give a forced scroll up function while i wanted the maximum.

full sized,
i worked out the window tip bits are not part of the cursor's problem,
but the cursor overriding is still bugging me, unfortunitely i cant ss u the exect problem i have coz prt scrn ignores the current cursor, but yea, after i installed it it just pops up a prompt to ask if i wanna apply the newly installed theme right away or keep current theme. after i close down the config i lose the line to pick ur cursor, and the original problem im having is there all time.
