Very nice theme (on the screenshots). But I cannot install it.

Please make an update so it works out-of-the-box with Ubuntu 7.10 :-)

It works fine on ubuntu, I was using it for the past 4 days until I decided to go back to PCLinuxOS.

I'm sorry - my comment did not target this look. I mixed it up with the Metacity theme: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/?content=71999

The Emerald theme works perfectly. :-)

 KDE Color Scheme?

 by Franksuse64 on: Feb 9 2008

Really nice, I am moving slowly to all the parts, this is one of the rare big complete scheme!

I have some small issues, how do you get the color schemes in KDE? What you show here is the window decorator, compiz-emerald. But that changes only the window borders. I have looked through your complete package and all I see is GTK stuff, but I need a *.kcsrc theme file for my color scheme.

How do you get Mac4Lin menu bars and button bars colors along with background and text colors for KDE?

For the moment I did it myself trying to match your colors, though the bright aqua blue I cannot find the color code/number, nor did I find the followed-link color. Rest is fine.

Other things like Firefox scrollbar being grey and not aqua blue (seems like that on yours too?) and my other programs don't change the scroll bar, I keep having the squared grey bar.

Can you guide me through that?
tnx a lot! :)
Keep up the nice work!

Ok, actually with KDE you have to modify the *.qtcurve file. I have done it and am quite close to your theme. That should be fine for me, though I don't have the brushed look and the blue color inside buttons only show when I put the mouse on them. Too bad I can't attach my qtcurve file, someone else could validate the qt theme is working.

Hi! I just installed your theme but only window titles and borders have changed their look. Buttons, scrollbars etc. remained the same. What's wrong? I'm a noob in theme management - just installed emerald so may be i'm missing something. I run ubuntu 7.10. Thanks in advance.
