Description:

The same animated cursors as in my 'Golden Xcursors 3D' theme, but this time rendered in Silver.
Some People requested this.

Installation:

Copy the two folders 'Silver' and 'default' to your ~/.icons directory and
restart your X-Server.

If you want to have bigger cursors, you have to create an .Xdefaults file
in your home directory and insert the following two lines:

Xcursor.theme: Silver
Xcursor.size: 48

The default size is 32.

That's it!

Note: If the animations are flickering on your nvidia card with the latest
driver, add the following line to your XF86Config file, into the nvidia
device section, to fix it:

Option "HWCursor" "off"

I use your beautiful xcursors theme in my KDE 3.1.1 but it blinks very rapidely...

How can I change that ?

Your X server is using a software drawn cursor.

You need to check your XF86config-4 file look for the device section that Identifies your video card and enter Option "HWCursor" and remove Option "SWCursor" that should do it. That is of course if your video card supports it.

Thanks for your comment but it's not works for me :-(

I have a GeForce 4go with latest nvidia drivers...

The option you give me seems working (not reject by xfree), but nothing change...
blinks like before...

Same problem here..blinking with this and your blue theme. Also, same vid card as other person GeForce4Go...and latest nvidia drivers.(Yes HWCursor is set) You might want to look into this, i can't figure it out.

Seems to be an nvidia/driver problem. There is nothing, that i can do, to fix this.
Maybe you should try an older version of the nvidia driver.

BUT
How about you make another version were the pointer(one that is on the screen most of the time) is not moving. It becomes annoying.

i'm plesead to all,but i got a roblem opposite to all i like get the cursor bigger than the one found on the original file,how can i take that one???
