Hi. I wanted using this theme but I have one problem with it. On Ubntu 6.10 when I want start Openoffice I get this error:

(soffice.bin:4885): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "pixmap",
/usr/share/themes/Calla/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:256: error: invalid string constant "panel", expected valid string constant

and then it crashs.

As longkinfillie stated, do you have the rezlooks-engine installed? Hopefully it is solved.

I installed the engine but it gives me this:

/usr/share/themes/Calla/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:256: error: invalid string constant "panel", expected valid string constant

So the problem seem to be that thing.

I tried to comment out the line 256 if your gtkrc and ooo still crashs, but without error.

Oh dear, I don't use Openoffice so I haven't got a clue. I heard that there is some issues with gtk theme. Why don't you try abiword and gnumeric? They works for me.

The name "Calla;" is this a play on Cara aka Heylove? If so, I'll tack on a couple of more kudos to the post. Because the theme just got a whole lot cooler.

Oh and the guy with the theme problem: Do you have the rezlooks engine installed? If not check out gnome art for the .deb.

By "it", I meant OpenOffice.

Also, I downloaded another rezlooks theme (graphite, to be exact) and OO works fine with that.

Sorry to keep cluttering this up with problems, but...

I searched the Ubuntu Forums, Google and Synaptic and could not find a pixmap engine. Do you have a link?

Try gtk2-engines-pixbuf if you are using Ubuntu.

You are currently putting out the most solid gtk offerings at the moment. Id be lying if i said i was using them because the colours just arent me in the last few.. BUT.. they are definately the most polished and well done.
Keep em coming!
