This is a nice start.

(I'd prefer to see a hand icon for when the cursor is over a link in a browser)

Keep working on it.

Hello!

I'm very happy you like it. I made a new version with with new "hand" cursor, which IMO looks better than the old one.

i like the theme a lot. could you consider to add the standard cursors 'mirrored' for the left handed persons? I know that's strange but a whole lot of people are turning over every stone for these kind of themes

Hi!

This theme isn't completed yet, so my priority is to add missing cursors and polish it, but after that I might try to make such version...

good stuff,
but i think you could slightly reduce the blur effect around the cursors, gives them a little bit of a halo effect.
looking forward to the complete set.

 How to install?

Hi! Great theme you got here!
I'm running pure openbox (started with an ubuntu server installation) so I don't have any GNOME/KDE tools to select the mouse theme. How do i do it manually?

Thanks!

 Missing cursors

I have been using this theme for ages, and it is perfect.

But I recently found since moving to Fluxbox/Firefox combination that Firefox falls back to 'default' black X11 cursors when busy (pointer with clock).

This never showed in KDE, so I never noticed.

So, to fix this up, 2 symlinks are required in the cursor/ directory:

#> ln -s left_ptr_watch 08e8e1c95fe2fc01f976f1e063a24ccd

and

#> ln -s hand1 9d800788f1b08800ae810202380a0822

Now all works perfectly :-)

Nick

 KDE theme install

can you pack this up into a format that's recognized by KDE cursor theme control center? It works with other cursor themes on this site, so this just has to be themed up by someone

Ok, extracting it to ~/.icons did the job
