Description:

The theme is very small, and very compact.
The screenshots were taken on a netbook with a 1024x600 resolution.
I included a shot of what the theme looks like when dark colors are used (You will have to set the dark color with your theme manager).

Since this theme is based off the clearlooks engine, you can change all the colors with your theme manager.

The metacity will change color automatically to match the the theme colors you choose.

Also, the metacity buttons will appear when you mouse over them.

This theme looks good with or without global menu.

I know I normally include a lot more with my theme, but I've been so busy lately.

I hope you all enjoy.

Changelog:

2.0.1 Made progress bars thinner. (Thanks BassUltra).

2.0 Made everything smaller and removed a lot of "junk" in the theme file. Changed the default color to something brighter. I also removed all the other colors since you can change the colors with your theme manager. I completely overhauled the metacity, made it smaller and made the buttons invisible until you mouse over them.

1.9.5 edited the metacity just a little bit.

1.9 made changes to dark theme to fit with ambiance metacity and added an orange cream color variation.

1.8 rounded the progress bar and added different color variations. removed everything from the download package I didn't make or help make.

Screenshots don't belong here...this is for actual GTK themes.

It isn't a GTK theme you uploaded, this goes in Screenshots or Gnome Other, like all the other screenshots....

I am so sorry I offended you. I just assumed that if you show your theme, and link to all the files needed to produce that theme, that it would go under themes instead of screenshots. I do apologise for this misunderstanding. You can now download my version of the GTK theme.

No one was offended, I was merely pointing out a misplaced Screenshot, no offense intended or taken.

Yeah, that seemed obvious.

Thank you very much for the a great theme anyway, and not-so-much for the screenshot! ;)

If you notice in the screenshots I did not actually hide them, I simply put them on the panel at the top edge of my screen.
I used Global Menu for that.

I hope this was helpful.

Can I ask how you got rid of the 'View as Icons' from the right of Nautilus?

I assume you mean the drop down menu with the icon, list, and compact view. Simply open nautilus, click view, and uncheck the location bar. if you ever need it, hit ctrl+L, and it will temporarily show.

How many geeks does it take to fix windows? Geeks are good, but they can't perform miracles.
