Open Office theme has a specific script,
"/Usr/share/themes/Dark-linux/gtk-2.0/styles"
You must edit the file in root "oo" and substitute:
text [NORMAL] = "#FFFFFF"
by
text [NORMAL] = "#A8ADAC"
