you are looking for Hardware Monitor. It's in the universe repos of Ubuntu, just search for hardware-monitor
---
Monitor applet for the Gnome panel
Hardware Monitor is a monitor applet for the Gnome panel. It supports
a variety of monitoring capabilities (CPU usage, network throughput
etc.) and different kinds of viewers (curves, bars, text, flames).
---

as for the screenshot, I just put the theme out

I'm pretty happy with the way it is now, but of course there may be tweaks in the future

It requires the use of the pixmap engine, but I've done it at least, and will be releasing this theme soon (with glassy panel disabled by default, but optional with an edit to the gtkrc)

So I've read^^ Even before pink, the feminine color was green.

I really love pink, and there was a serious lack of pink themes for any theme engine on Linux, so I learned to make my own =P

Not bad eh?

I don't see what's stopping you from using this theme the way it is. There were thousands of blue themes available, but when I wanted a pink theme, there were none, so I decided to make this.

To tell you the truth, I really don't like the "blue == boy && pink == girl" idea people have. Blue is a color, and pink is a color, just as red, green, purple, teal, magenta, and all the other colors are. They shouldn't be specific to gender.
Just because a boy likes pink, does that make him gay? By that same reasoning, you can call any girl who likes blue a lesbian.

I'll think about your proposal though. I'll probably try it. It'll give me the time to remake my nice purple theme that didn't make this release. I'll probably even do a red, green, and a few others too if I get on a role ;)

Ideas
Sep 2 2005  on content Jimmac0

A couple ideas for a future upgrade.

I've noticed that when you drag a file from nautilus, it has a black 90 degree angle/arrow thing, and a pointer thing in the middle, and a whole damn document. Is there anyway you can change this to make it more jimmac ish? It also gets a + in place of the pointer thing when over a panel or something, and a question mark when middle-click-drag. And when you drag text around, you get a 90 degree angle/arrow (sometimes a + or pointer thing too) and a document. Not only does this not look jimmac'd, but it also suggest's you're draging a whole damn document.

Glad to see somebody actually took the initiative to finish this fine set of cursor's! Keep up the good work.
