Just like we did not make an educated decision about what language to speak daily. Most people prefer a language soley on emotion. Seems that way for OSes too. |

For the same reason you still think a system designed in the 60s is good enough for today. Not saying it isn't but age has little to do with it.
Linux needs to get rid of the UNIX file hierarchy. It is such a relic from the 1960/70s. |
