I appreciate your concern, but not quite fathom the question, but perhaps I was mistaken due to my limited English skills. The name originally corresponds to a beautiful "Ubuntu Mockup", by "willwill100s" in http://willwill100.deviantart.com/gallery/, and I found the task of developing Based on Karmic willibex GTK and GTK.

Es un tema en el que estoy trabajando, es una modificación del tema "Industrial" que se encuentra en los repositorios de ubuntu, aun no lo he terminado. Tambien tiene aspectos de "ALLBLACK". Si tienes alguna sugerencia con gusto la recibo, y más aun que soy un aficionado en esto y no un profesional.

Debes abrir la carpeta "gtk-2.0" y abrir el archivo "panel.rc" y buscas la siguiente las lineas:
font_name = "7"
debes cambiar el 7 por el tamaño que más se acomode.
