I only have one laptop with a 450 mhz Pentium III. Do I win a prize?

close. my brother runs a 25 mhz compaq laptop in some awkward attempt to figure out linux using only the command lines. it isn't even fully 32 bit yet. i think he beat you.

My father runs a 486DX with KDE 3.1.2 on top. It runs as smooth and fast as a mountain in a mountainrange, but he refuses to admit it's slow, even though it takes 3 mins for the splashscreen to disappear.

 Athlon XP

I love this baby!!!! I have an AMD Athlon XP 2600+, 256Mb RAM DDR400. It goes smoothly for the whole things I need a computer, no problems @ all.

I used to have and AMD K6-2 300MHz 192Mb RAM... it was a very nice computer, but... it was a nightmare trying to develop in Java (Eclipse IDE + Apache Tomcat + MySQL); but decently ran KDE 3.1 'til the last day i had it.

AMD RULEZ!
