 Any movie

Any movie where hackers deploy animating "viruses" in 3D or hack through computers and then lots of windows start appearing with blueprints and documents. Talk about cliché.

So true- so sad...

I have yet to find a movie, where I do not have to shake my head, when a computer is being hacked.

 Other 'hacker' movies

Die Hard 4 was less corny than the usual fare mentioned here, the plot centred on a "fire sale" where all the comms/grids got routed to one guy and his techs. He ends up shooting them anyway, and Bruce Willis saves the day :). Moral: be careful who you do pentest work for x-|

Cheers...j

 hackers!

that's hackers, definitely.

"tripling the ram" *angelina jolie clicks
a few buttons*

and boom, ram is tripled!

oh yes, I'd like to learn that ;)

also, if you haven't done so already,
see hackers, it's so fun you can't stop
laughing and you can't stop repeating
the lines in this movie after you've seen
it :D

go for it!

well you can technically "triple" the RAM by tripling the swap space, if in a *NIX environment or tripling the page file in Windows

They're all together silly, but I bet you watched most of them (might be all of them), and you probably liked a few too !

You may have some point in there, but I'm not EVEN joking when just yesterday I just had 2 girls who are in college talking to me about how nerds get more girls; We had a very long discussion about it. Because nerds can actually support them, unlike other most people. So I wouldn't be to quick to jump on the bandwagon.
