open source, closed look? now that's an interesting idea, it seems...

i just hope it's not as buggy as 3.5. i would really rather it worked than looked.

I chose 'Absolutely Agree' since we do not want another DE ;-) plaigirising the theme and saying they were the once who invented it.

 can't decide

I haven't voted yet, since I can't decide if its a good idea or not.

On the one hand, we don't want to see a copy of all the excellent work done for KDE in [place your favourite hated os here].

On the other hand, I always like to see what is coming with the next version and I'm absolutely crazy about seeing all the cool new things in KDE 4.

And then, isn't the cvs open for everyone? So if [place the name of your favourite hated os developer here] wants to copy, they can just checkout from cvs, compile and see what is coming?

I guess if developers show off what they're working on, we can always say "We were first"...

But, whatever, I'm in no position to decide this, so... just my 0.02€
