Loving your version of the theme but I am curious as to why my min/max/exit buttons do not look like the ones in the picture?

I made a different version of the window background :) If you want to use it I can send my version of the theme to you :) It looks like this:

Mmmh... I think the background is too complex : it is deformed.
But it's very beautifull ;)

thanks :) yes, it depends on the shape of the window... sometimes it's stretched so much that it seems deformed, but I'm using it now on my computer and in most programs it's working perfectly well :)

Can you fix the error that says that the gtk engine is not installed. I have all of the ones I can think of installed already. Thanks.

How exactly do I install this? Because when I try to install it using the Ubuntu theme manager it says that it is not a valid theme file. Any help is appreciated.

You can extract the .tar.gz in ~/.themes too.

Okay, I did that but now it says that the theme will not look as intended because the required GTK+ theme 'Raptor' is not installed and it gives me the default custom look, I have installed both versions available for download here. =\

I can not help you. You can speak to The Rob, he is the creator of the basic SlicknesS theme.
