theme looks very nice, but as nearly every theme here it does not work properly. When I switch to it everything looks like Redmond :(

Scrawl, it might be that you don't have the right theme engines installed. Look up installing "theme engines" on ____(your distro) and see if you have the right ones installed. If your using Ubuntu, you could go to Customize in your Appearances window and make sure every aspect of your theme is set to the same theme...i.e. tite bars, colors, whatever are all set to Raptor and not something else.

 select box hightlight

This is a great theme, the only issue I have is that when I am tabbing through a form in FF, I can't tell if I have tabbed onto and given focus to a select box. Is there something I am missing, or can change?

I used your metacity theme and combined it with:
http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Fuzzy?content=93328

to create the Blue Sun GTK Theme:

Thanks!

 Almost perfect :)

This theme is almost perfect! I'm using it at the moment :) I see one problem, though.... the plain flat gray background of many windows looks like something from early 1990's in my opinion :( You should try to make a version with some slight gradient or pattern in the background :) And I think that everything else about this theme is perfect :)

Cool :) I have no idea how to make gtk themes, so I don't know how doable it is, but this is what I had in mind (it's just a random pattern I made in inkscape, but it's meant to show my idea for a replacement for the plain gray background :) )

Good luck! :) From what I've read, there are gtk engines that use pixmaps, so it would be possible to have a pixmap background... but I have no idea how they handle scaling them to fit the window size. But maybe some engines can use SVG, then scaling the background to fit the window wouldn't be a problem. :)

I did it :D I looked around the theme files, and I found an explanation of the pixmap engine on the internet, so I managed to add the background :) It's not perfect, some apps stretch it horribly so that it doesn't look well (GIMP for example) but for most apps it's almost like I wanted :D here's a real screenshot:
