 Attention to detail

This Theme is incredible. I have been looking for a theme that would top the clearlooks-graphite and this IS IT (sorry lockheed ;) ).

Attention to detail, soft transitions and borders, gnome-panel, drop down boxes, and overall feel is breathtaking.

Incredible work and keep developing this! Although the current color theme is almost perfect in every way and easy on the eyes I can't imagine what other color variations you coculd come up with. It would be hard to improve upon perfection...

I would like to comment a few more things:

  • - The navigation icons in nautilus appear as low quality images and a little washed out

    - The unclickable buttons (circled in the picture above) don't have the same soft and smooth look that seems to be part of the themes personality (gray dots look ugly), but that's just my personal impression.

    - The path buttons in nautilus (circled below the navigation button in the image above) Does NOT show a clear indication of which button is selected. If you look carefuly you will see that the selected button is darker gray and not glossy but has bold font, the unselected button has a glossy skin but the font is not bold. The visual cues seem to be contradicting each other regarding which button is really selected

Thank you for the feedback & criticism-- the more people criticize, the better I can make the theme...

I just fixed one of those three issues, with the active path button in nautilus. I just darkened the border around the button, I think that gives a better indication that it is the "active" button.

Regarding the other two issues, I will fix them in time. I'm not yet sure how to fix the dead buttons with the dots, but I'll look into it. I had kind of intended the fuzziness on the stock (toolbar) buttons, as the theme is supposed to have an airy, easy on the eyes, (while also hi-tech and practical) feel to it. I'm sure I can improve the icons, however-- I suppose blurriness isn't easy on the eyes at all. :-/ I could easily just sharpen them, but I think I'd prefer to just redesign all the icons... so that will have to wait until version 0.5.

    Thanks again.

Thanks for making it a little less OS-X like. It looks much more unique.

Now this is a GOOD aqua-like theme. Not another Mac-weird, this one is very fresh.

Could you make XFCE window borders?

    Keep it up.

Nice work on the theme, but I can't use it because many apps crash in gnome. For example the logout prompt, trash emptying prompt, and add panel applet prompt

What version of gnome are you running? I developed this on 2.12 so I don't know how well it works with everything else..?

Also, if you run "killall gnome-panel;gnome-panel" in a terminal, then reproduce the crash, are there any gtk error messages?

I fixed the issue that caused that error, it will be released with the next update. However, I'm not 100% sure it will fix your crashes... were you getting those errors when gnome-panel started up or when it was actually crashing?
