 stunning, but...

I know this is somewhat drastic, but have you considered changing the active elements from grey to a flashy glassy color? I find this theme stunningly beautiful, but after a while it gets kinda dull.

never, never make me lusk!

I'm sorry, English is not my strong point,
so please specify:

1. Did you mean the pressed button (that's the only element that turns to grey when active)

2. flashy glassy color ?? I don't dig it.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I had to use MS Windows for a couple of days.

By "active grey elements" I mean for example the elements named "themes" "nazwa" "Utworz folder" and the scrollbars in the preview picture. (I'm not sure it is a good idea to change the scollbars - it might be too much...)

By flashy glassy colors i mean strong shiny colors. Sort of like the download and purchase buttons on this page "http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds"

I can totally understand it if you don't share my opinion, I just think it would really light up the theme.

Thanks for the great work. I'll still use your theme anyway :-)

As a matter of fact I burnished a lot of widgets, so they are a bit shiny (maybe not glass/liquid but metal),

but did you try 0.3 version of Otcrop?

Yes I'm using Outcrop 0.3 now and i like the changes a lot. I never thought the dark grey did quite fit in, but that has been disucced earlier in the thread.

But I still think using colors on the active widgets would enhance the theme. Maybe green or red. (blue is great but I think it is getting worn out as so many themes use it. After apple and ms started using it everybody is using it)

(I just learned a new word (widgets) so excuse me if I use it wrong)

There is a work around,
comment out the fg[PRELIGHT] in style "default" :)

I'm just wondering, which version looks better..

whoa!
so wha? white is now the gtk fg prelight default? If not (I thought it was black)
where is the white coming from? I'm really confused now but that doesn't suprise me when concerning gtk theming hehehe

I like the white.

this is a great theme, but i find the rollovers on the right-click menus and other menus really detract from the great buttons everywhere else

this really lets it down in my opinion

otherwise this is the best theme there is

(apart from the buttons for max/min/close on window titlebars)

Wow! Waclav, this time I really really like scrollbars, they look very smooth, kinda liquid plastic or something like that. Nice color touch. Also just noticed the Home icon, you managed to prettify and simplify it, I like this version very much.

Please continue in this mod !

this theme is amazing, my only critique is that the scrollbar doesn't go well w/ the theme, but that's my opinion. great work.
