I found it. There is a bug in MacOSX theme. Indicator image path (/home/fab/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/indicator.png) is incorrect, should be only indicator.png or full path to custom image.

 No menu in Eclipse

 by bagley on: Oct 16 2010

Score 50%

There is a very bad error in the Application Menu. Some apps lose their usefulness due to the lack of access to the menu. One of these applications is Eclipse.

To recover the menu we have to create for own space with UBUNTU_MENUPROXY environment variable set to 0.

Make a script called Eclipse on your desktop and put this:

#!/bin/bash
export UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0
~/Programs/eclipse/eclipse

After that always if you run this script eclipse will regain its menu.

One thing, change the path ~/Programs/eclipse/ on your own path to the eclipse.

 Eclipse IDE tool bar problem

For some reason the toolbar and the icons background color in Eclipse IDE mismatch the general theme color. I've uploaded a screenshont (see link)

Thanks

GTK theme is eligible for a full rebuild. Meanwhile, you can hash the following lines in the gtkrc (~/.themes/Macbuntu/gtk-2.0/gtkrc).

class "*Toolbar" style "toolbar"
widget_class "*Toolbar" style "toolbar"

Unfortunately, it affects other applications.

Is there any other solution that wouldn't impact the other programs? Or, ideally, to make Eclipse to look just like all the other Gtk programs using the Macbuntu theme?

To be able to uninstall Macbuntu you must use the uninstaller from the package you have already installed.

installed version:
cat ~/.macbuntu/current

uninstall:
~/.macbuntu/$(cat ~/.macbuntu/current)/uninstall.sh

 Fantastic!!

Hi,

This theme is brilliant. Clean and simple. Makes Linux so much more inviting. I've installed it on my Ubuntu 10.10 and it's just like using a Mac. In fact I liked it so much I went and installed it on two other PCs.

Thank you so much.
