Description:

Equinox engine and themes packaged for Ubuntu.

The archive below contains three DEB packages : first install gtk2-engines-equinox, then equinox-themes and equinox-ubuntu-themes.

Launchpad PPA
Equinox is available to install for Ubuntu users via a PPA repository. Open a terminal and run :
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-equinox equinox-theme equinox-ubuntu-theme

While I found the Aurora engine to be a tad bit too slow for my taste, your beautiful creation makes me appreciate Aurora (and of course your mod of it) again.

Also, I am very much looking forward to your release of those very beautiful icons we've been seeing in the screenshots. They're absolutely gorgeous!

Great theme! The only thing that I would mention is that in Ubuntu Software Center, the nice purple progress bar is replaced by the highlight color - in this case, orange.

Other than that, this theme is splendid and has replaced the Ambiance theme for me.

Again, great job!

Thanks for report. I'll try to fix that as soon as i've got a (virtualized) fresh install of Lucid 64-bits.

I could also build build some packages for 64-bits systems.
