Thanks to Javier Aroche, for having allowed to convert and distribute its Cursor Theme.

Old Vienna3 Converted http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Vienna+3?content=83194

The old cursor was created using sd2xc-2.3.pl which has a small bug, (no image in Preview), instead, I used the program perl sd2xc-2.5.pl adds KDE4 Compatibility, and adjusts the individual pointer animations with GIMP and XMC plugin.

Added old version BUGFIXED!
Correct all parts of the pointer with a hex editor, Replace "FDFF01" -> "FDFF20"
Now even this Pointer show the preview.

Ubuntu version > Be the original animations
Old Version > Animations modified coolest!

I Found and correct 3 defects, only in the Old version:
The file "03b6e0fcb3499374a867c041f52298f0" is Out of sync, and Out of Range "max is 64x64 for cursors anim"
The file
"Button" is Out of sync
The file
"draped_box" is out of range 71x70 and not 64x64
and this, caused glitches.

After a hard work, I made a new Vienna3ubuntu inserting it into a more complex structure. Now all the animations really work well, even "move files, copy files, link files", I think it's final! :-)

It is a excellent mouse theme. But it is possible to fix the bug of the old version? I think the animations are a little bit better. :)

it isn't just a vienna3 issue.
i get the oxygen white cursor windows resizing animations. and the oxygen white charging animation too.
it happens with all the cursors i download

Noob question: How do I install it?

I'm using Kubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty w/ KDE 4.3).

I went to K Menu -> System Settings -> Keyboard & Mouse and tried from there - it told me:

"The file index.theme does not appear to be a valid cursor theme" :(

is true, in this version I removed index.theme, because it prevented the total removal of the pointer, but on gnome installs with a simple drag&drop...make a manual installation, Copy the folder of the pointer in the directory /home/your-folder/.icons/ and it works for sure.
