I think you may also consider the idea to adopt a dark metacity theme (like dust),in my opinion it feels better with dark menu...

if you have seen the mockups, you will see that one point of my theme is the contrast between the windows and menu bars, making it easy to view and adds functionality

I deleted new marmol because I think this issue is the end of this season estyle. New marmol was based on new wave and thus pixmap engine. Human skin is much faster!

Thanks,
the theme is based on the original human, and murrine engine also gives a solid and fast base. ;)

Same here!
But just a tip: use highlight_shade instead of highligt_ratio etc.

 love it

I really love it. It looks well with the Asylum metacity theme. I am not a big fan of the orange used for selected item, but i change it to a more blue color #729FCF and it looks outstanding for my eyes. Also, to mix breathe and elementary icons is a really good ideea, as both looks promising. I am currently prefer to use the mimetypes and folders from Elementary and the rests from Breathe.
So, keep it coming, you are doing a really good job.
