I LOVE the look of the all of the Azenis theme components, but I'm having problems with this one. It will only show up while hovered over FFox. As soon as I move it off the browser window, it turns back to the default white arrow. Any ideas?

Ubuntu 10.04 small bug in Compiz does not allow you to change the pointer ... if you disable visualizations Everything works fine...workaround using https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/141500/comments/17

Much Thanks, KuduK! I really appreciate the quick response. I'll implement the work around as soon as I get home from work.

One another note, does anyone know if there is an Azenis Cairo-dock theme out there anywhere? I looked around a little this morning before going to work, but didn't find anything.

Thanks again, and have a great weekend.

I tried the workaround in the PPA but still no joy ;(. Any other ideas? I also tried to completely uninstall/reinstall the entire Azenis package, but that didn't have any effect either.

Another thing that I've noticed is that I get keep getting an error stating

"Gtk-WARNING **: Theme directory of theme Azenis Icons has no size field"

Any idea what's causing this?

Thanks again for your help.

Strange...to me it works!
try to do step by step like me:

Open your folder -> Resource->>Home
Press CTRL+H to show hidden folders
Double click .icons folder
Right click Make new Folder named "default"
double click "default" folder
make a file named index.theme
open index.theme with gedit and insert this texts

[Icon Theme]
Inherits = Azenis

save and exit

press ALT+F2 and insert compiz --replace

I hope it can help you!

Hi, this is a bit old but if anyone is still having trouble with mouse cursor themes, here is the problem and how to fix it.

Compiz sets it's own mouse pointer theme which conflicts with the Appearance settings. To rectify, open ccsm (CompizConfig Settings Manager) and open up the General Options.

Change the cursor theme name to the desired theme & set size. If you don't have ccsm you might need to install it from the repositories.

I just figured this out yesterday, so I hope it helps someone.

Does anyone know if Azenis is available as a Cairo Dock theme? If not, does anyone at least know of a Cairo Dock theme which would go well with Azenis??

Many thanks in advance!!!
