Description:

Charcoal is a remix of the great SlicknesS theme by the rob. It showcases some changes i have made to suit my own personal preferences that i feel help improve the usability of the theme as well as aesthetics. It includes...

-Resized and styled menus
-Restyled tick/checkboxes
-Restyled Scrollbars
-Restyled tabs
-A new default icon theme

They aren't actually screenlets they are all displayed via conky. I am intending on uploading the conkyrc files soon as quite a few people seem interested in them

Thankyou, yes i am planning to get it uploaded as soon as possible. Its actually made up of 3 files and requires a few scripts and fonts.

First day using Ubuntu and im totally loving it. ive been trying to few things with conky and yours looks great. is that hotmail it shows by any chance? and, can you include IDIOT PROOF instructions for setting up conky as some ive tried have not worked for me (showing Amarok in it lol)

im not sure whats wrong, but when i try to launch Conky in terminal, i get the following : Conky: missing text block in configuration; exiting - any idea whats wrong. and, is there any way to change the script from gmail to hotmail as i use that mostly. thanks again for great script

Are you using the Conky config i uploaded? is it place in the home folder and named .conkyrc? have you tried any of the other configs?

I got it from here: http://hpmini.archive.canonical.com/mie/dists/hardy-hpmini/universe/binary-lpia/luzsans-ttf_1_all.deb

It's a .deb file that installs all the different variants of the font.

Oh btw im a massive fan of your Macchiato theme! The best brown based theme on here in my opinion, looks amazing with the smoke panel =)
