This really sucks! You probably use ubuntu and dual boot windows vista or seven...

You are not a linux user, you are a windows user!

Just don't use it... you're going to get hernia bottling up pointless hate for something thats not even alive... I would recommend some anger management classes and "none of your business" lectures. You will be reawakened and no longer narrow minded.

I'm not saying don't speak your mind, but do be careful who you speak it too. Discipline yourself, young grasshopper.

Your theme is pretty good, luxie.

blah blah blah...

Ubuntu users are windows lovers. Another proof is all the windows like theme made only by ubunteros.

We don't need this shit, those themes suck, use the fucking windows if you love it so much!

You have such colorful language, you surely have boosted this website's credibility with it. Eye candy for your gnome desktop. This might not be for your desktop, but it is for about 2000 other users.

You will become wise in time, have patience

Nokia phones run Symbian. Symbian is now opensource. This means maximum Interoperability with Linux. So using windows for playing with your phone is no longer an excuse.

For an LG phone? What the f..?
Whatever, I use an LG too, and I don't need windows or wine to play with it!

But then, you will tell me that you use windows live messenger or shit like that... you are a windows user and a windows lover, that's it.

Uiui...what's your prob? Some kind of anger overflow?
I like this theme and i use only one OS on my PC and that's Debian. No Windows, no Ububuntu just Debian.
But i worked some time with Win7 and liked the style. So what?!
There's no reason to offend someone just because of his taste.
That's infantile. Every human being got the chance to choose the OS which it can handle best.
I guess we live in a free world.
Start to THINK and face the problems which cause your anger.
I can't imagine that a theme (a thing which isn't even alive) can piss someone off that hard.

what about if you share your linux box with a difference-phobic? this theme would be perfect to install on their account along with 'vista basic' for the window border (if you don't have emerald)

Not all programs are compatible with linux, for me it would be video chat or itunes. Before you start arresting luxie here for using windows, you might need a linux badge. With the badge you can uphold justice and teach those windows users a lesson.

Get a life, troll. Don't like this theme? Then don't download it you idiot. Linux is about freedom of choice, not elitism.

 Theme bug

 by fredbird67 on: Sep 7 2010

Score 50%

I was just using this theme this morning and discovered a bug that I couldn't figure out how to correct. In Xfce (I like Xfce better than GNOME), I had a little problem where I couldn't change the wallpaper. What would happen is, if I right clicked on the desktop and clicked on "Desktop Settings", the dialog box would briefly pop up and disappear, like it crashed or something. I then tried going through the Xfce appearance dialog box, and when I clicked on the tab for the desktop settings, it was completely blank.

I then did some digging around in the /usr/bin/ directory to see just what the name of the program is that changes the appearance properties in Xfce. I then opened up a terminal and started up xfce4-appearance-properties (I think that's the name of the program, but I'm away from that computer right now, so I could be wrong on the exact name) via the command line. Whenever I clicked on the tab for the desktop settings, I saw something in the terminal that mentioned your theme, so I tried changing the theme first, and only after I did that was I able to change my wallpaper.

Therefore, if you could figure out what's up with that, it would certainly help a whole bunch. Also, I couldn't help but notice missing up stepper arrows (for scrollbars) as well as a completely blank horizontal scrollbar, too. Other than that, this theme comes the closest I've ever seen to a Windows Vista/Seven knockoff for Linux.
