Description:

i made this a while ago, when i was working on padbuntu stuff, anyway, it never worked right.
i had no idea why. the "controls" worked, but not the window borders.
i spent a few hours looking and testing and comparing to other themes and now i fixed it. (the "metacity-theme-1.xml" wasn't properly executable and didn't have the theme name right.)

anyway, it\'s 0.5 release because i just added it and it has a looong way to go.

Please, my friends, download it and give me feedback and help.

thx :-)

Changelog:

-0.5 actually got it to work.

 An idea...

I think that the controls are very nice! I think it would look good to make it in only gray tones (or make several hues, such as gray, black, blue, and "human"). I just think the scroll handle is mismatched, with the rest of the controls I mean. The window borders are nicely done, I just don't like that look. I tend to like sleek looking themes, but you did a super job :)

How do you make a metacity theme anyway? or GTK? I have tried, but all I can make is emerald themes.

GDK looks really good :)

all i do to make themes is edit other ones. i don't know how to make emerald themes, tho.

anyway, i know it looks mismatched. how do u change the colour of the panel, or nautilus backgrounds? i like the blue and orange menus, (actually i think i never changed the menu highlight from the original theme), the buttons on the window border don't look good, imo.

btw, i made it all myself with gimp (except the code, that was from some theme called "slim gelatin")

anyway, thx for commenting i'll work on the theme.

Dont panic.

Sure! why not? I'm sure someone could fix it, even if there is a problem. I don't know how to fix those thing you mentioned, but I would try looking for a theme closer to what you want, and use it as a base :) That's how I made my first emerald theme. After that, I used my own themes as bases.
