Description:

Introducing Murrina Smoothie and Murrina Latte, five ultra-yummy themes for the GNOME Desktop!

Murrina Smoothie comes in four soothing flavors: Orange, Lime, Blueberry, and Cherry, all encased in a calm, creamy theme. Also included is Murrina Latte, a rich and creamy coffee version of Murrina Smoothie.

This is my very first GTK theme ever, so bear with me if there are any bugs. I appreciate any comments and constructive criticism.

The Emerald theme used in the screenshot is my very own Coffee and Cream, which can be downloaded here: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Coffee+and+Cream?content=92488

Unfortunately, the panel backgrounds featured in the screenshot are not yet available. I will try to have them up as soon as possible.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: This theme was made with the latest version of the Murrine SVN engine installed. This theme may not work correctly with an earlier version of Murrine SVN. I will not be held responsible for any undesired result caused by trying to use this theme with an earlier version of Murrine SVN.

(11/16) I have added a screenshot showing the theme being used with the font Sawasdee.

Changelog:

11/13/2008 - 0.1.0 - Initial release
11/16/2008 - 0.1.1 - Fixed slider bug
11/17/2008 - 0.1.2 - Fixed Latte scrollbar

I really like these themes!

One problem though, the slider-bar handle (circle thing) does not go all the way to the left or right of the slide-bar. Seems like a bug.

I found a theme; which is a lot like yours (has the same slider-bar) and has the same slider-bar go all the way to the left and right: http://www.cimitan.com/murrine/node/130

Maybe you can find a fix for your theme in this Chrome theme?

Thanks.

Thank you for alerting me about this bug.

I cross-examined both themes, and it turned out that a modification I made in order to give the scrollbars their appearance also created a bug in the appearance of the sliders.

It should be fixed now. I managed to fix the bug in the sliders without damaging the modifications I made to the scrollbars.

If someone can come up with a metacity that looks like my Emerald theme, I'd be happy to include it with my GTK theme.

This is my first time making a GTK theme. I haven't even tried to make a Metacity theme yet.

What about the second screenshot, and the font in the listbox?

I'm sorry! I forgot how recent the second screenshot was.

That would be Sawasdee 9, which I'm going to say is the recommended font for this theme.
