Glad you like it.... I found the wall paper here on gnome-look. It is called "Parq". Just type it in the search box and it should come right up.

I downloaded the file but when I go to install it from the Appearance Preferences it does not show up under desktop which is where I have it saved. Also when I go to open the file it says "Could not open "81961-Earthy.emerald"
Archive type not supported."

Any help is appreciated and nice theme by the way!!

You say you are having problems installing the theme. Go to Synaptics Package Installer and install Emerald. Then open the Advanced Desktop Effects Settings in the Control Panel. When it opens click on Window Decorations. The 1st screen you'll see Command.
Write down the old info and enter emerald --replace
Then Close the Advanced Desktop Effects Settings and Open the Emerald Theme Manager. Then Click on Import (Button to the Right) and choose the 81961-Earthy and Import. It should be the last one in the list.
If you Edit the Theme you can move the titlebar stuff around too.
