Este es un tema que me gusta bastante pero una pregunta, los botones de colores en la calculadora son falsos?

El tema no tiene ningún añadido,los botones son los originales de la calculadora,se ven así por el efecto de gradiente.

Los colores son los originales, pero, por el fondo negro y los bordes se acentúa el color, puedes verificarlo con cualquier tema. No se si resuelvo tu duda.

Veo que usas Ubuntu. En mi Ubuntu, cuando uso tu tema los botones de la calculadora son grises como todos los demás. Lo que necesito saber es porqué en la captura de pantalla que pusiste los botones de la calculadora son de colores. Esto es bastante inusual en un tema de GTK y me gustaría saber como lo hiciste.

Estuve investigando en Google y ya encontré la respuesta a mi duda, probablemente estas usando Maverick y en esta versión la calculadora trae los botones coloreados, enigma resuelto.

Tienes razón uso Maverick, la verdad no sabia el cambio de colores en los botones en esta versión, gracias por resolver el enigma. :)

perdona soy un poco inutil todavia con ubuntu y quiero instalar el tema,lo habia hecho con otros temas instalandos de forma grafica desde boton derecho en el escritorio/canviar fondo escritorio/tema e instalar pero si lo hago asi no me funciona,como puedo hacerlo?

No dices que error te dá ,necesitas descomprimir el tar.gz ya que hay varios archivos en el contenedor, entre ellos el GTK theme el cual se instala como dices,Emerald Theme si tienes instalado el gestor de temas de emerald lo abres>importar para instalar el tema y una carpeta con con dos paneles transparentes para instalar>panel>propiedades>fondo>imagen de fondo y queda el panel transparente
La forma de instalar los temas es:
Sistema>apariencia>instalar buscas el tema en el disco y abrir.
Otra forma es; descomprimes el tar.gz que bajaste,descomprimes el archivo Cristal-Black 1.1.tar.gz y lo copias en: >tu usuario>.themes
nota:para ver los archivos ocultos debes pulsar Ctrl+h

Tienes habilitado RGBA? las transparencias en ubuntu, tal vez te interese este tutorial.
