 package size?

Hi, This looks neat and I want to try it, but I wonder why the package size is 14 MB?? If you included the icon set in the package, then please upload another package with *just* your GTK. Instead you could just link us to where we can find NuoveXT. thank you!

 Looks beautiful on gnome-look

This theme looks beautiful on gnome-look.org but I can't replicate the look on my computer (ubuntu 9.04). I've installed it twice with the same results. The panels are not the gradient black shown but are a flat light silver. Also, the "Windows Border" does not show under "Appearance Preferences-Customize Theme" so I can't select it. The GDM theme appears to install but does not show up on the Login Window Preferences GDM theme list so I can't select this one either. I would love to use the "aero space" if only I could get it completely installed!

I have a lot of experience installing themes but this one is not easy...

To get the panel background right, follow the install text file that comes with the pack you just downloaded.

For the window borders, you need the emerald theme engine.
To install it, type this into the terminal:
sudo apt-get install emerald

When it is finished installing, open up emerald theme manager and import the two emerald themes.

The hold alt and f2 and type 'emerald --replace'. This will activate the emerald theme engine.

Make sure you are using compiz or else emerald will not work. Emerald requires compositing.

I started developing this theme on the version of ubuntu you have and I did not have any extra sources so this should work for you. I am hoping in the future that I will be able to add an install script that will do all of this for you but I tried to make the install file as straight forward as I could.

If you tried this and you are still having trouble, I will try to see what I can do.
