You must have murrine-engine (>0.90.3) and pixmap engine, Equinox engine is not required.
You must have Faenza-Dark icon theme, but you can use this (its the same icon theme ;) ):

Based on absolute, mix with equinox, and Zuki theme for scrollbar.

Icon theme is based on Faenza-cupertino and Faenza-Dark.

(Description updated, my english is very bad sorry)
Works perfectly with murrine engine 0.98, but absolute theme works with 0.90.3, so I think my theme works with this version too.

Equinox engine is not required, but I use pixmap engine (for scrollebar).

It seems it doesn't work with murrine 0.90.3-2.

 Doesn't work with admin windows??

Every time I open up a dialogue that has some sort of administrative access (for instance, when I open Synaptic or volume control) those windows don't use the theme and are ugly. Is it a murrine issue?? The theme is in /usr/share/themes so everything should be able to access it. I don't get it.
