Is there an easy way to update my theme. I looked around and couldn't find it anywhere.

Am I able to update the screenshots as well?

Or should I just delete my whole theme, and start it over as a new version.

How do I install a theme?, I read theinstructions on one theme page, and I couldn't find the .theme folder in my home/username/ folder, So I created the .theme folder and looked for the theme and it wasn't there, Is there a gui way to install a theme?, like gnome.art except for xfce?

~/.themes is a hidden folder. You can browse to it in the address bar, or you can choose the view hidden folders option. It's usually better to install themes in /usr/share/themes though, otherwise when you run programs with root permissions (Synaptic, for example), they look pretty ugly, since a theme installed in ~/.themes is only available to that user, not the whole system.

XFCE SKIN COLOR CHANGE FOR PUP

by wikibox on: May 29 2008

Score 50%

I have been tweaking the skin Vista-ish (Linvista) for XFCE but after getting the right sepia colors I hit a tremendous hideous bump: The drop down menus are still the same color (see attached jpg)
I believe I have to edit the color palette file in the skin itself but my problem is that I cannot find a color code list for equivalences because something like "F8F8F8" could mean any color
Does anybody know how to edit the color palettes for Xfce skins ?
File types: Gtkrc (I am guessing)

Thank you /Muito abrigado/Thank you / Merci / Domo arigato/Gracias
