In the last few weeks I got mails from several Open Source projects. Developers and users asked me if I could create Community Websites for them so they can exchange artwork and other stuff.
This is easy for me as long as my server can handle the load. So I created E17-Stuff.org, Box-Look.org, Debian-Art.org and Gentoo-Art.org.

It's always a pleasure for me to help Free Software projects. Together we can change the world. :-)

 kde-apps,de

also you got rid of the german verison of kde-apps :(
although i agree it was the only non-english site and the content was still english...

but still some things bother be about kde-apps and kde-look: there are so many distribution specific stuff, its really not funny. for every version of kickoff and kbfx we have thousands of "kickoff for kubuntu6.10" "kickoff for opensuse 10" a.s.o.
it is really annoying. i think you should add distribution tags for things only useful for one distribution so that other people can hide these items through settings.

thanks!

Yes, that really sucks. You (admin, mods) should merge different distro-specific packages of a single app into one article. At least you should inform the other authors about that.

www.clipart-look.org ? Open clip art site is down and not so good, so another site where store openclip art by section (like animal work office tools symbol etc) would be nice.
Sorry for my very bad English

OCAL' site was off line for many weeks (4-5?) without any "temporary" page, now it's on line again but there aren't clipart to download at the moment... the ocal's group have good intentions but they are very slow to make anythings... I would like an alterantive it's the time IMHO to resuscitate klipart :)!

There's no need, even though the gnome-look.org website is full of ubuntu art.

We don't need a *-look.org website for every distro...

I'm going to have to agree with the poster above; do we need a website for every distro?

But the first thing I thought is, why no Fedora or Mandriva -look?
