I have seen this happen a couple times where I have found something I like and when I went to download it, it couldn't find the webpage. They need to either clean their code up or setup a broken link button.

I really hate it when I see a screenshot of an icon theme that i want so i download it (of course the screenshot doesnt show all of the crap ubuntu logo icons) and then my desktop is defiled with a bunch of ubuntu logos and im pissed off. Not everyone runs or likes ubuntu you shits! Really, its hard to find an icon theme these days that isnt specific to some sort of ugly linux distributions logo. This is gnome look dot org...everything should have a damn FOOT ON IT!

I'm reading this from xfce-look. Speaking of that, I think there should be better separation of gnome-look and xfce-look, we should be seeing an X with a mouse over it. I think the uploaders should decide where stuff will show up, some stuff just isn't meant for both, even besides the obvious like metacity themes but gtk themes and icons sets.

LOL, so...join in the resistance because, these EX-Windows users (ubuntu-spammers) are invading the linux community and preaching the dam distro onto everyone like people in the linux community. its frikin disgusting seeing SPAM of ubuntu whatever (wallpapers, themes, logos, icons, etc..) i even see 1374 different posts of the same wallpaper with different colors or just different reso, so God please help us from this epidemic!

I think the reason why everything has a nasty-looking logo on it is because people tend to modify existing (usually distribution-default) icon sets. I do agree, though, they should at least change the logo to a goddamn foot or something.....

I agree with that also, they shouldnt push every group from gnome-look on over to kde-look and xfce-look.....groups made on gnome-look should stay on gnome-look.

Look at this new group. It was probably started by some 12 year old who doesnt know that 'Linux' is A KERNEL, not an OS! A distribution of GNU/Linux is not an OS either! ITS A DISTRIBUTION OF GNU/Linux! If linux was anything other than just a kernel, it wouldnt need all of those GNU applications.
