Description:

To Russian community: Now you can download them from Dropbox.

Hacked Serie X11 cursor themes, is a modification of the variation Hacked of Breeze Cursors by Ken Vermette. https://kver.wordpress.com/2015/01/09/curses-i-mean-cursors/

Modifications....
1. I have added new cursor elements: move, grabbing, dnd-ask, dnd-link and dnd-copy.
2. Modified cursor elements in Hacked variation: {col, row}-resize, {e, w, n, s}-resize, {ne, se, sw, nw}-resize, {left, right, up, down}-arrow.
3. Added six variations: Black, Green, Pink, Red, Sky Blue and White.
4. Multi sized to 16, 24, 32, 40, and 48 pixels.

As ever, I offer the full serie for lefties and righties. You can download it on this web page. The cursor themes name is same for both lefties and righties, only I use the clause comment of index.theme file, to differentiate them: this is to put a stop to discrimination.

The pointers were made with Inkscape. Cursors are look well in both, dark and clear backgrounds. I will appreciate any comments to improve them.

They work fine in Gnome and Unity, and now I've added some symlinks to Steam, and everything needed for KDE with Kwin, Cinnamon, Pantheon, Xcfe.

I decided upload them, and after i will improving it. I would like change a few things so you can expect updates. If you find any bugs, please let me know in comments section.

If you don't know how to install a mouse theme with multi sized property, or for choosing a cursor size, go to http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=164300, there you can see the instructions for Gnome2/3.x, Unity, Zorin, KDE, Cinnamon, Pantheon and Xfce.

Thanks,
Marcus Haro.

What do you think about Hacked-aio. would you like use it? It's nice to have all variations in just in one cursor theme. I am thinking to build it some days later.

If you are using KDE then no problems to use Hacked-aio, but if you are using Ubuntu/Unity, then you will have problem for choosing cursor size: Unity have not a GUI to help users. We have to use dconf editor GUI for choosing cursor size or will have to use the terminal and execute commands "gsettings".
The issue not stop there, after each login it seems the cursor size is restored to default size of 24 pixels.

Thanks for commenting. I hope reply. thanks in advance,
    Marcus Haro

Well, as a KDE user I would be very interested in All-in-One package.

Can't speak for Unity/other DE users, though.

    Thank you for your time!

I am KDE user too, I am working using KaOS 4.4.5-1 distribution. However, I have to try all my artworks on different desktop environment of linux.

I note with sadness that the two cursor themes "all in one" I've built ( Alkano-aio and Breeze-aio), have not had the acceptance I want, because Ubuntu with GNOME or Unity, do not have the graphical user interface, to choose the cursor size. Therefore, I am working on creating a script for those who want to use my cursors themes "all in one",using Ubuntu, they can do so.

Thank you. Very soon I will work on building Hacked-aio. I'll let you know it,
    Marcus Haro

Well, you can change the size using dconf-editor, as you know. It's better than moving files by hand or using script, imo.

On the other hand, if someone does not want to use left mouse button five times (I know that it's hard - you can install whole windows using that many clicks!) then let them use default theme.

Thank you for your hard work.
