I wrote a makefile which allows me to generate whole theme by just typing "make" in console.
Inside that makefile I used xcursorgen to convert PNG's into cursor files.

Some information about xcursorgen can be found here http://www.ehow.com/how_5026012_make-cursors-file-ubuntu.html and of course in it's manual.

Hi man, nice theme, I like it very much and I'm actually using it!

I would like to ask you if you will complete it.. and, if I can, a little suggestion: maybe a version with the cursors just a little smaller (you know, laptops don't have a big screen)..

what do you think about?

Yes, I'll soon continue work on this theme. Recently I have passed semesterial examinations and now I have enough time for this.
