I was waiting for this.
I dont know about gtk theming but i made some changes to the nautilus.rc to "fix" the text-mode and inactive arrow bug.

Synaptic Package Manager, Software Sources and GDebi etc. UI does not look like elementary-mod gtk theme interface. How fix this?

Try:
sudo cp -a ~/.themes/elementary* /usr/share/themes/

the font is liberation, i think it's the default font from fedora, not sure. the first wallpaper is from here: http://mikkoliini.deviantart.com/art/Candy-143585075

That's a totally different metacity theme. Look at the inactive buttons.
